However, we regret to inform you that due to an unexpected family emergency, our founder and artist, Sharon, is temporarily unavailable to fulfill orders. Her Director of Shipping, aka husband John, is also unavailable. We understand the importance of transparency, and we wanted to keep you informed about this situation.
The Emergency Situation:
Accidents and emergencies can happen at any time, disrupting our regular routines and commitments. Unfortunately,Sharon had to rush to upper state New York to take care of her sister, who recently experienced a health issue. We are pleased to inform you that her sister is now healing and on the path to recovery.
Temporary Order Delays:
During Sharon's absence, we have encountered a logistical challenge in fulfilling orders promptly. As a result, there will be a temporary delay in packing and shipping your orders until July 1. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding and patience during this time.
