Temporary Order Delays Due to Unexpected Family Emergency

June 24, 2023

TLDR: I will be shipping any orders between now and July 1 on July 1.

At Accidental ArtMaker, we prioritize our customers' satisfaction and strive to provide exceptional service. However, we regret to inform you that due to an unexpected family emergency, our founder and artist, Sharon, is temporarily unavailable to fulfill orders. Her Director of Shipping, aka husband John, is also unavailable. We understand the importance of transparency, and we wanted to keep you informed about this situation.

The Emergency Situation:
Accidents and emergencies can happen at any time, disrupting our regular routines and commitments. Unfortunately,Sharon had to rush to upper state New York to take care of her sister, who recently experienced a health issue. We are pleased to inform you that her sister is now healing and on the path to recovery.

Temporary Order Delays:
During Sharon's absence, we have encountered a logistical challenge in fulfilling orders promptly. As a result, there will be a temporary delay in packing and shipping your orders until July 1. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding and patience during this time.

Maintaining Our Commitment:
While we may face temporary hurdles, please rest assured that we remain committed to providing you with quality art supplies and exceptional customer service. Although we cannot guarantee immediate order fulfillment, we assure you that as soon as Sharon returns and resumes her creative work, we will swiftly process and dispatch your orders with the utmost care and attention.

Support and Assistance:
We understand that this unforeseen circumstance may raise questions or concerns. Our dedicated customer support team (also Sharon) is available to address any queries you may have regarding existing or future orders. Please feel free to reach out to sharon@accidentalartmaker.com

At Accidental ArtMaker, our top priority is to provide a memorable and satisfying experience for our valued customers. We deeply appreciate your patience and understanding during this challenging time. The well-being of our founder's family is of utmost importance, and we are confident that by temporarily adjusting our operations, we can ensure her peace of mind while maintaining our commitment to delivering IOD, DIY, Made be Marley to you. Thank you for your continued support, and we look forward to serving you again soon.
