Time for a Check In

Time for a Check In

This content was originally sent as an email, I am resharing here in hopes it reaches and helps more people.

Hello Dear Reader and Fellow Artist,

As we gather speed towards the holidays and the end of the year, I wanted to take a moment to check in with you.

How are you really feeling at this moment? Like an octopus doing 8 things at once?
Or maybe feeling the winter blues already and a little run down?

Life can often feel overwhelming, leaving us feeling tired and burnt out. Perhaps you find yourself in the midst of a hectic week, feeling overworked and underutilized.

In a world filled with information overload, social media #bliss posts, and work that keeps us busy but not truly productive, it is easy to lose sight of ourselves.

THE BEST WAY TO:

Remember, the goal is not to impress anyone, but to express yourself. Take the time to have fun and rediscover your spark.

I genuinely hope that my words reach you. I have witnessed how art has transformed the lives of midlife and older women, and I am excited to see that same transformation happen and continue for you.

Kindest regards,

Sharon
