I ordered some IOD products, and it seemed like a long time had gone by and I did not receive them. I contacted Sharon, and since it seemed they had been lost in the mail, she offered to replace them. Just as she was preparing to resend the items, I received them - it was apparently an error at the post office. But I thought the customer service from Sharon was great, and I look forward to purchasing more of the IOD items from her in the future.

I haven't used item yet, but dumb me ordered all the different colored inks awhile back but didn't order the pads. Therefore I couldn't do anything. But I have it all now. I have been busy, but can't wait to get stamping. I'm excited and happy with all of my purchases.
